Concentrix Solar completes 200 kW unit in Puertollano

Concentrix Solar built in the beginning of September another 19 systems as part of the ISFOC project, preparing them for connection with the grid. With this, the first field with 200 kW is completed. The building of the remaining 300 kW which Concentrix Solar will contribute to the project was also started in September.
The Instituto de Sistemas Fotovoltaicos de Concentracion (ISFOC: Institute for Photovoltaic Concentration Systems) coordinates the construction of the first European large solar power plant in which highly efficient III-V multi-junction solar cells are used. In this project, a total of 3 MW power output will be installed in several locations in the province of Castilla-La Mancha in Spain. Target of the first building phase of the demonstration project is 1.7 MW of installed power, of which Concentrix Solar provides 500 kW.
