Concentrix Solar provides concentrator PV power stations (CPV) for sunny locations. Although the technology is relatively new to the market, it has already been proven very reliable in operation. Over and above this, the modules from Concentrix Solar have been certified according to the international IEC Norm 62108. The systems in Spain underwent type testing.

FLATCON^® power stations are suitable for use in countries having a high proportion of direct solar irradiation. At such locations they are an excellent alternative to conventional photovoltaic systems with silicon flat plane modules and also to central tower solar thermal power stations. The advantages are many:

• 10-20% lower electricity production costs compared to conventional photovoltaic systems
• operation makes economic sense within a large power range between 1–100 MW
