Rosenblatt New Energy Award 2010
Concentrix Solar was awarded the prize in the category "Deal of the Year". The award recognizes the best acquisition, merger or fundraising during the past 12 months. Factors such as business strategy, swiftness of execution and sound financial modeling have been considered.
Cleantech Connect 2009
Each year GP Bullhound with premium sponsors Schroders and Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP publishes a list of the fastest growing cleantech companies. In 2009, Concentrix Solar has been selected as one of the ten fastest growing cleantech companies of the world.
Technology Fast 50 Rising Star 2009
Concentrix Solar is among the most dynamic and fastest growing German start-up companies and was therefore awarded the “Rising Star 2009” by Deloitte. The prize rewards manufacturers of a product in the field of communication, internet, computer, life sciences, new technologies (e.g. nanotechnology, solar technology, fuel cells etc.) or software.
Environment Prize of the city of Freiburg
The Environment Prize is awarded by the city of Freiburg im Breisgau and the FWTM together with badenova and the Rhodia Acetow GmbH. Prizes are given to innovative companies and environmental groups which make a positive contribution in terms of environmental protection and which serve as a role model.
WECONOMY 2009
Concentrix Solar was honored as one of nine companies out of more than 93 applications. The prize is awarded jointly by the Handelsblatt and Wissensfabrik to young companies with innovative business ideas.
Cleantech Award Baden-Württemberg 2009
Concentrix Solar is one of 18 cleantech innovation leaders recognized by Baden-Württemberg and was commended in the category "energy efficiency" as one of seven companies for its concentrator technology FLATCON®. The prize is awarded by the Department of the Environment of Baden-Württemberg and distinguishes products that make a contribution to resource efficiency and the protection of the environment.
Innovation Prize at the '24th Symposium Photovoltaic Solar Energy'
Concentrix Solar’s inverter was awarded the second place innovation prize at the 24th Symposium for Photovoltaic Solar Energy 2009 as one of the most innovative solar products. The inverter was specifically developed for the use with two-axis tracked concentrating systems.

Guardian Library House 2008 Cleantech 100
This award is given to the top 100 private cleantech companies in Europe most likely to change the world. The expert advisory panel, which considers growth potential and environmental impact potential, consists of some of the most prominent cleantech investors and experts in Europe, e.g. Siemens and General Electrics.
Innovation Prize of the German Economy 2007
For its achievement of successfully leading a complex technology from the laboratory stage into series production, Concentrix Solar receives the Innovation Prize of the German Economy 2007 in the category of “start-up companies”.
Red Herring 100 Award Europe 2007
With this award from the internationally active American publishing house Red Herring, 100 companies are selected annually in Europe, the Middle East and Africa who have taken a leading role in the areas of innovation and technology.
IMD Start up Competition 2006
From 70 highly qualified companies, Concentrix Solar was selected for the cooperation with executive MBA class of the IMD Business School. This consisted of 60 experienced managers, who contribute towards improving and expanding the company´s business plan.
Frost & Sullivan Technology Innovation Award 2006
Awarded for the development of the FLATCON® technology. Statement of the jury: the cost savings which can be expected for the solar power generation compared to conventional photovoltaic power plants.
